Extruder

The extruder screw ensures optimum melt homogenization and conveys the melt to the T-die. Barrier screws are designed for high melt capacity and barrel cooling ensuring uniform quality of melt at higher output resulting in both PP and HDPE processing.

Other attractive features of the extruder are grooved bush feeding, cold start protection, micro-processor based PID controls, melt temperature, back pressure.

Extrusion line for bands PP or HDPE . The high-quality tapes are suitable for the production of woven bags, FIBC fabrics, geo-and agro textiles, carpet backing and other PP tapes applications.

Melt Pump

Melt pump is recommended for high homogenization and mixing of the polymer material thereby enhancing the life of the screw /barrel and also helps minimize the denier variation.

Automatic Screen changer

Automatic screen changer with belt filter can be used in place of manual screen changer to minimize stoppages of tape stretching line for want of screen / filter change. Movement of this belt filter is timer controlled and rate of travel of the same is user adjustable.

T – Die

Start of art T-die is provided to extrude the film with minimum thickness tolerance resulting in controlled denier variation across the width of the film.

Take off Unit and Water Quenching Bath

The water quench film cooling system has specially designed suction pipes combined with wipers and squeeze rubber rollers which ensure absolutely dry film even at high line speeds. A temperature controller is provided for maintaining precise temperature of the water in the water bath.

Six Station Slitting Unit

The slitter unit mounted on a separate stand with oscillating knife pack ensures vibration-free cutting of film into tapes and extended utilization of blades. Worn out station of this six station index able slitter can be shifted to a new station through manual operation of the indexing wheel while the machine is in operation thus ensuring uninterrupted output.

Holding Unit

The holding unit with amply proportioned normal temperature godet’s and positively driven nip rubber roller ensures slip free stretching of the tapes.

Recycling Unit

The unit helps in direct return of narrow edge trims of un-stretched film into extruder. The unit consists of shredder and blower.

Hot Air Oven (Thyristor Control)

The hot air oven with independent blowers for upper and lower level tunnels, with common heating and velocity control mechanism ensures uniform temperature profiles and velocities over the entire heated surface, which is essential for uniform tape quality.

Stretching And Annealing Unit

The combined stretching and annealing unit has independent drives for stretching and annealing .The configuration of godet’s can be arranged as per buyers choice /tape specification
